Attention budding designers, engineers and architects! Love to build? Combining monumental design and astonishing feats of engineering, bridges are some of the world’s most amazing structures. In this 8-week studio, young people will learn about different types of bridges — from tiny footbridges to the Hudson-spanning Tappan Zee — and find out how they work.  Working individually and in teams, kids will brainstorm, test, design and construct their own bridges, using creativity to make them beautiful and science to make sure they are structurally sound.

Register at www.necspace.com.  Space is limited so reserve your spot today! Please make checks payable to NECS and mail to 1016 Brown Street, Peekskill NY 10566 to secure your child’s space.
