When I got tickets about a month ago tonight's game (June 29) at the Stadium versus the White Sox, like most fans, I started wondering who my daughter Elissa and I would see on the pitcher's mound to start the game.
This week, the rude awakening was that both Andy Pettitte and C.C. Sabathia went on the DL (disabled list). When I went to the Yankees website earlier today, I was taken aback to find that the starting pitcher would be Adam Warren, MAKING HIS MAJOR LEAGUE DEBUT ... IN A YANKEE UNIFORM ... AT THE STADIUM.
