Description: Organizers describe this production as a "powerful and disturbing tale of a conflict of wills" between a Catholic school priest who supports progressive thought and the principal, who suspects the former has been abusing a student. Attendees are encouraged to bring food and drink to enjoy before the show begins.
Mount Kisco: Northern Westchester Hospital Teddy Bear Clinic

Description: This event is a great opportunity to introduce youngsters to doctors and the hospital, and create a happy memory in case they ever have to visit during an emergency. Little ones—who are encouraged to bring along a stuffed friend to play the patient role—will learn about medical treatments and healthy practices.

Peekskill: EMBARK Hosts "Spring into Laughter" Comedy Show

Description: EMBARK's Second Saturday Series is hosting The Original Brothers Production of "Spring into Laughter Comedy Show," featuring Mike Troy, aka 'Brooklyn Mike'; Phil Selman; and Hamburger Alonzo Jones. Cost: $10 (young adults are $5, and kids younger than 12 are free)
Description: Folks can show their support for the veterans while enjoying tons of breakfast items, from sausage to eggs to waffles and more. The food will be plentiful and the company more than pleasant!
Tarrytown: Help Save a Life–a Tag Sale Fundraiser
Where: Reformed Church of the Tarrytowns, 42 N Broadway, Tarrytown
When: Saturday, April 13 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Description: Tarrytown’s EFIA international language students have gathered in support of a Russian child with leukemia whose parents cannot afford the surgery that might save his life. This special fundraiser will feature international food, music and items up for sale including clothing, books, accessories and more. The students are also accepting donations to sell leading up to the event, which can be dropped off at the 100 Marymount Avenue, Tarrytown campus by contacting Kira at luv.you54@gmail.com.
Yorktown: 'Spamalot' Comes to Town

Description: Monty Python’s 'Spamalot' is a musical that was "lovingly ripped off" from the 1975 film Monty Python and the Holy Grail. Spamalot is a highly irreverent parody the story of King Arthur and his knights’ quest for the Holy Grail.
Yorktown: 'Save a Life' Event
Where: Yorktown Community and Cultural Center, 1974 Commerce Street, Yorktown Heights
When: Sunday, April 14 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Description: Save A Life is a program designed to inform and empower youth and adults to be community allies and first responders to support teens and families in crisis. This year features two nationally recognized speakers Michael Nerney, Substance Abuse Expert; and Javier Sanchez, Youth to Youth International. Seating is limited. Students attending 'Save A Life' will be eligible to receive two hours of community service.
Yorktown: Beer Brewing 101
Where: Hilltop Hanover Farm and Environmental Center, 1271 Hanover St, Yorktown Heights

Description: The workshop is taught by the Westchester Homebrewers Organization. Learn how to brew batches of your favorite beer in the comfort of your own kitchen. This course will include a demonstration of the basic principles of beer brewing, an exploration of the differences between ale and lager production, and will include a tasting of various beer styles.
