Ossining MATTERS Spring Gala

Ossining MATTERS, Inc. presents critically acclaimed dynamic ensemble Derrick N. Ashong & Soulfège, in a concert to benefit the education foundation on Saturday, May 5, at the Ossining High School, starting at 6:30p.m. During the afternoon, 4th grade students from Claremont Elementary school will work with the band members. During the concert, the students will perform a song entitled “Mle Mle Mle,” a traditional African (Ghanaian) song that incorporates modern elements of other genres of music – West African High Life, Hip-Hop and R&B.

Tickets for this exciting family event are: $35/General Admission, $15/Students, Seniors, and Ossining Union Free School District teachers/support staff, and $125/Premium. Premium ticket holders are invited to attend a post-concert gala cocktail party and auction sponsored by and held at Atria on the Hudson, 321 N. Highland Avenue in Ossining.
