Art Reception and Concert with Christopher Brown

Artist and musician Christopher Brown captures famous and familiar characters through illustration and song. Chris performs his original tunes (from his latest CD, Characterist), joined by guest artists Peter Calo (guitar) and Lincoln Schleifer (bass). Chris’ illustrations regularly adorn the pages of The Journal News, and a selection of his caricatures of figures from the sports, literary and entertainment worlds are exhibited at the library through January and February. Come enjoy Chris’ illustrations and a reception (starting at 6:30), followed by the concert (at 7:30). Free and open to the public.
