On April 21, 2012, Ossining will be celebrating Earth Day 2012 with a waterfront celebration from 11 AM – 5 PM. The annual “Stash the Trash” will be happening on the same day from Noon to 4 PM. Watch for more news on Free-A-Tree, as well as for updates on all three events happening on April 21st.
Many food and “green” vendors have already signed up for the event, which will be held at Louis Engel Waterfront Park. Music and product demos are scheduled, as well as information from many groups concerning sustainable living.
