2014 Legislative Breakfast On Children & Youth

Join us for a "Town Hall" to hear young people,
ages 10-21 from Ossining, Elmsford, Mt. Vernon, New Rochelle and White Plains,
pose questions to county, state, and federal officials, and to learn about the
particular needs of children and youth in Westchester.

The Westchester Children’s Association’s 2014 Children By he
Numbers – a data brief on the state of Westchester's children and youth,
including information on poverty, education, health and well-being – will be distributed
and discussed.



Participating legislators include NYS Senator Andrea
Stewart-Cousins, NYS Assembly members Thomas Abinanti, Sandra Galef, Shelly
Mayer, Steve Otis and Amy Paulin, Deputy Westchester County Executive Kevin
Plunkett, Westchester County Board of Legislators Chairman Michael Kaplowitz
and members Catherina Borgia, Benjamin Boykin, Catherine Parker, MaryJane
Shimsky, Michael Smith and Alfreda Williams.
