Maple Sugar Bucket – Each February Teatown taps its very own maple trees and hangs a sap bucket with the gift recipient’s name on it. After the bucket is filled, the sap is turned into syrup in Warren’s Sugar House. Gift recipient will also receive two free tickets to our famous Pancake Brunch and an 8-ounce bottle of our award winning grade A maple syrup straight from their bucket. Price: $45. Adopt-An-Animal – Adopt one of Teatown’s resident animals as a gift. Adoption prices begin at just $25. (Call Millie, 762- 2912, ext. 111 for animal choices, information and fees.) Your purchase will help provide for food, shelter and loving care for the animal of choice. The gift recipient will receive an acknowledgment letter along with the following:
- A personalized adoption certificate
- An 8X10 photo of your animal
- A biography describing your animal, its behavior and natural habitat.
- An organic cotton or alpaca (depending on animal) finger puppet of your adopted animal.
Wildflower Island Tours – A guided tour through Teatown’s 2-acre sanctuary teeming with over 230 native and endangered species of wildflowers, open April through August. The price of a tour for two members is $8, non-members $12. Tour gift certificate for giving included.
